Privacy policy

This policy covers the alpha backup website operated by Alpha Solutions Piotr Sieradz. Last updated: October 2026.

Data controller

The controller is Alpha Solutions Piotr Sieradz, J. Grzecznarowskiego 44/2, 26-600 Radom, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9482409085 (alpha backup marketing). For data protection matters: p.sieradz@alphasolutions.pl. We have not appointed a data protection officer — the contact above is enough.

What data we process

There are no user accounts on the site. The downtime cost calculator runs in your browser — numbers you enter are not sent to our server. When you use the site, technical data may be processed (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Cloudflare hosting and, after cookie-banner consent, Cloudflare Web Analytics. Technology details are in the cookie policy. The consultation form collects your name, company, email, topic, message, and the consents you tick.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to a form request and booking a consultation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling correspondence). Email marketing — only with your voluntary consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw at any time. Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — after consent in the cookie banner, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Logs and site security (Cloudflare) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and running the service).

Recipients

Form data goes to the Bukmi CRM (bukmi.pl), which we use for enquiries and the consultation calendar — Bukmi acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. The site and analytics (with consent) use Cloudflare infrastructure — Cloudflare processes technical data as a processor. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare and Bukmi may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided for in the GDPR — see our agreements with providers.

Retention

We keep form correspondence for as long as the enquiry needs and, if you become a client, for periods required by law (including accounting). Marketing consent — until you withdraw it. Cloudflare statistics — according to Cloudflare settings and documentation. Technical logs — as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local authority in the EEA.

Providing data

Form fields are voluntary, but without them we cannot reply or book a consultation. Marketing consent is optional.
