About us

Who we are

Under the alpha backup brand we design and run backups and recovery after an outage for small and mid-sized companies. In one process we combine an environment audit, backup on an appliance at your office, an encrypted second copy in Poland, and regular restore tests. We hold ourselves to high standards — agreements go into documentation, we monitor backups continuously, and every deployment ends with a restore test. We put a lot of effort into service quality: we answer clearly, explain risks without jargon, and stay involved after go-live when something needs fine-tuning.
